Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying an AIROVA. If your unit arrives faulty or you change your mind, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may return any unused, undamaged AIROVA product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Accessories (filters, window kits) must be unopened and in original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your AIROVA N1 or N1 Pro arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or repair under your 2-year warranty — no return shipping cost to you.

Extended Warranty

If you purchased the AIROVA Extended Warranty (+1 Year), coverage continues after the standard 2-year period ends, on the same terms.

How to Start a Return

Email us via our Contact page with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for eligible returns within Germany, France, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item.
